Please read the following contract carefully and only place an order if you agree with all its provisions.
The General Service Terms and Conditions (‘GSTC’) include the general contractual terms regarding the use of the website (web shop and website) operated by Intellexconn Kft. (H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező utca 3., tax identification number: 13767330-2-42) as service provider (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service Provider’). Please use our services only if you agree with all the terms and undertake to abide by them. This document shall not be filed, shall be concluded exclusively in an electronic form (which is not considered as a written contract) and does not refer to a code of conduct.

2.1 The General Terms and Conditions detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GTC’) apply solely to parties involved in mutual contracts. On the one hand, to the users of the vetom-probiotikum.hu website (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’), and on the other, to Intellexconn Kft. as Service Provider. Only the General Terms and Conditions mentioned here shall be considered valid and they shall supersede any other terms, unless prior amendments have been announced or documented in writing.
2.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time; therefore, it is essential for customers to review and accept the General Terms and Conditions of the vetom-probiotikum.hu website prior to each purchase. These amendments shall enter into force immediately upon their online publication and shall not apply to contracts that were concluded prior to that date. All orders made on the website shall be governed by the GTC that are in effect on the date an order is submitted. By validating an order, the customer fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms outlined herein. The customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) at the time of purchase. Without this consent, the purchase on the vetom-probiotikum.hu website cannot be completed.
2.3 The entire content of the vetom-probiotikum.hu site is protected by copyright. It may be viewed on computer, mobile, or tablet screens; however, it shall not be stored on any storage device, including servers or network locations. The content may be utilised, displayed, and shared for personal (non-commercial) purposes, as long as the source is attributed (vetom-probiotikum.hu). It may not be used for commercial purposes without the permission of Intellexconn Kft.
2.4 For any issues not addressed in this contract, as well as for the interpretation of these GSTC, the laws of Hungary shall apply, particularly Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (‘Civil Code’) and the relevant provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 concerning certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services. The mandatory provisions of the applicable statutory regulations shall bind the parties without the need for any explicit agreement.

4. Products and Services for Purchase
The Vetom Shop section on the vetom-probiotikum.hu website serves as an online store.
4.1 The products available for purchase on the vetom-probiotikum.hu online store can currently be acquired exclusively online through the Service Provider. The online store provides detailed information about the product name, description, and displays an image or photo of the product. The colours of the images displayed on the product datasheets may differ from the actual colour of the products.
4.2 The prices indicated for the products and the service fees (charged for delivery) in the online store are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT. The prices listed on the product datasheets do not include packaging and delivery fees; delivery charges are assessed separately.
4.3 If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider shall provide users with comprehensive information regarding the duration of the promotion and any other relevant details.
5. Ordering Process
5.1 You can explore the current product selection in the ‘Products’ menu, where detailed information about each item is available by simply clicking on its name or photo.
5.2 To purchase a product, add the selected item or product package to your cart by pressing the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If you wish to buy more than one of a specific product, you can set the desired quantity using the + sign. The quantity can also be adjusted later in the ‘Cart’ using the + and – buttons before finalising your order.
5.3 Once you have finished selecting your products and added items to your virtual cart, click on the ‘View Cart’ button to review your selections and the total consumer price (all prices are gross, meaning they include VAT). You still have the option to modify your cart: you can adjust the quantity of items, remove items, or add new products as needed.
If everything looks good, click the ‘Order’ button to proceed. Here, you will find a brief overview of the purchasing process, a summary of the items in your cart (note that the total gross price of the products does not yet include delivery costs), and a section for entering your ‘customer information’. There is no need to register in advance for the purchase.
5.4 Providing your shipping and payment information is essential to complete the order, as it is required for both billing and delivery purposes. Please provide a mobile phone number, as the courier service does not accept landline numbers for delivery. They will send SMS notifications, and if they are unable to locate you at the specified address, they can coordinate an alternative delivery time or possibly a new location. At this stage, you can choose your preferred delivery method for the package.

Delivery to a package point or parcel locker:
With this delivery option, you can choose from a range of pickup points and parcel lockers provided by our various shipping partners, allowing you to select the most convenient location for collecting your order. The website features a map to assist you in selecting a convenient package pickup location.
Home Delivery:
For home delivery, you have the option to provide a different name and address from the billing address. If you do not fill in the ‘delivery address’ section, the courier will deliver the package to the billing address you provided.
The delivery fees and methods listed below are for reference only; our system will automatically calculate the exact shipping cost at the time of your order.
5.5 Once you have filled in all the required information and confirmed that everything is in order, please read and accept the Privacy Notice and the General Terms and Conditions by checking the small checkbox. At this stage, the total amount of your order will include packaging and delivery fees. You can then complete your order by clicking either the ‘Finalise Order’ or ‘Payment’ button, depending on your chosen delivery method.
5.6 If you have chosen a payment method that requires prepayment, you will be redirected to the payment page of your selected provider (PayPal) upon submitting your order, where you can finalise the payment.
5.7 After completing and finalising your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email (within no more than an hour). Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of the order; it merely confirms that your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this timeframe (at most one hour), it means that the order (and payment) was unsuccessful. In this case, you may either choose to withdraw your order or redo the ordering process.
We process orders within 72 hours and will send a second confirmation email if the order has been successfully placed and payment has been received (for prepayment methods). The order and its confirmation are considered final only when the Service Provider sends an acceptance confirmation to the User. The parties may deviate from these rules if mutually agreed upon.
If the ordered product is unavailable at the time of the order, the Service Provider reserves the right to decline the order for that product. The Service Provider may notify you of the rejection of the order within the specified 72-hour period. In the event of such a rejection, the contract will not be regarded as concluded for the affected item.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will carefully package your selected products and hand them over to our courier partner. You will then receive an email from the courier service detailing your delivery date or informing you that your order is ready for pickup from your chosen parcel locker. If you have opted for cash on delivery for home delivery, please ensure you have the payment ready to hand to the courier upon receipt of your package.
5.8 Customers can modify or cancel their orders within 24 hours of the confirmed submission date. To do so, please send an email to shop@vetom-probiotikum.hu, including your order number or the name of the person who placed the order. Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we recommend notifying us of any changes as soon as possible. Once a package has left our warehouse, we are unable to accommodate modifications or cancellations of the order.
6. Prices
6.1 The sale prices displayed on the website are stated in Hungarian forints and include value-added tax, but are understood to be exclusive of shipping/payment costs. Any shipping/payment costs are borne by the customer and shall be listed as additional charges for the selected products during billing at the end of the order.
6.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed on our website at the moment of placing your order, and this price will be included in the order summary, which also serves as the basis for billing.
6.3 Discounted offers (including price promotions and special deals) shall remain valid for a limited time or while supplies last. If your order is placed after the promotional period has ended or if the product is out of stock, you will be notified before the ordered items are dispatched. Refunds for promotional prices will be issued at the promotional rate if applicable.
7. Payment Methods

7.1 Payment by Bank Transfer: After you place your order, we will send the necessary details to your email address to facilitate the transfer. Please ensure the payment is completed within 3 days of the order issuance; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled. The products will be dispatched once we have received the payment.

7.2 For personal pickup at our location, only cash payment is accepted.
7.3 Payment upon receipt of the package (Cash on Delivery): The customer (or the designated recipient) is required to pay the total amount for the ordered products, along with any applicable shipping fees, in cash to the courier upon delivery. This payment method is available exclusively for home delivery.
7.4 Online payment when placing the order: If you choose this option, after finalizing your order, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page from the vetom-probiotikum.hu website, where you can complete your payment. Following a successful transaction, the payment provider will send you a confirmation notification. In this payment method, the Service Provider will only receive your order once payment has been successfully processed. If the payment fails, you can either attempt to process the payment again or modify your order by selecting an alternative payment method. 7.5. Payment with Simplepay – As a customer, I acknowledge that the following personal data of mine stored in the azeletize.hu user database by the data controller Intellexconn Kft. (1065. Budapest Nagymező utca 3.) will be transferred to SimplePay Zrt., as the data processor. The scope of the data transmitted by the data controller is as follows: Full name, email address, telephone number, country.

8.1 We will fulfill your order based on product availability in stock. Orders are processed within 72 hours, during which time we will package and dispatch them to our courier service or prepare them for personal pickup.
8.2 If a product is temporarily out of stock and you have subscribed to our Newsletter, we will notify you as soon as the product becomes available again.
In the event that a product is permanently out of stock, it will be removed from our website.
There may be occasions when a product runs out due to submitted orders, even if it still appears as available on the website. In such cases, we will reach out to you via email to discuss the anticipated availability timeframe, allowing you to decide whether to wait for fulfilment or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel and have already made a payment, we will process a refund to your bank account within three (3) business days. This refund option is also available if only part of your order is cancelled.
If you order multiple items and some are temporarily out of stock, you have the following options:
An invoice will be issued for every order placed by the customer once it has been confirmed and fulfilled by the Service Provider. This invoice will be addressed to the billing name and address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. It will be included with the packaged products in paper form and sent electronically to the email address specified during the purchase.
10. Right of Withdrawal
10.1 In accordance with Government Decree No. 45/2014. (II.26.) regarding contracts between the User and the Service Provider, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. If you have placed your order through our website and later decide not to keep the product after receiving the package, you may return it without justification, thereby exercising your right of withdrawal.
10.2 The right of withdrawal may also be exercised between the submission of the order and the date of receipt of the product. If you decide to withdraw during this period, please notify us by email. Once order fulfilment begins, you will receive an email notifying you of the expected duration of fulfilment and the start of the process. After that point, you may revoke or modify your order by contacting us via email.
10.3 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 days, please notify us in advance by sending an email to shop@vetom-probiotikum.hu. Once we receive the returned package and confirm that the product is unopened and undamaged, we will inform you via email. We will then process a refund for the purchase price of the returned product(s) within 8 days. Please note that, as per legal requirements, the costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Only unused products in their original packaging may be returned when exercising your right of withdrawal. The product should be sent back to our address in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, we cannot accept the return. Additionally, if the returned goods are damaged or have been used in any way, the buyer will be liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the product.
11. Damaged or Defective Package or Product
If you find that the package is damaged upon delivery, receipt, or opening, or if any product inside the package is defective or an incorrect product (in terms of quantity or type) has been sent, please inform the delivery person immediately. A record of the facts regarding the issue shall be drafted between the delivery person and the recipient. If you have collected your ordered item from a package point, please take a photo right away and notify us in writing of the problem. To ensure we can assist you effectively, it is crucial to check the package upon receipt; we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or damages that arise after verification of the package contents.
12. Complaints and Returns
Products can only be returned via post or courier. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer unless the dispatched product does not match the ordered item. If the received product differs from what was ordered or what is listed on our website, the return shipping cost will be refunded to the customer. In such cases, the Service Provider guarantees to send the correct product and will cover the associated shipping costs.

13. Complaints Management

14. Legal Gaps and Supplements
Should any provision of the General Service Terms and Conditions be found legally ineffective or incomplete, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain in full effect. In such cases, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply in place of the ineffective or incomplete parts.
The Service Provider and the User agree to attempt an amicable resolution of any disputes. Should resolution not be possible within 30 calendar days, both parties agree to submit any legal disputes arising under these GSTC to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Budapest.
16. Data Processing
The operator shall treat all personal data provided during the use of the online store with confidentiality and shall not disclose it to third parties, except where necessary for sub-contractors (e.g., courier services) involved in the delivery of the order.
Technical information, such as IP addresses and the duration of visits, shall be recorded for statistical purposes while browsing the online store. The operator may only provide this data to the authorities in cases where there is a legally substantiated and supported case. The operator will only use the information gathered during the ordering process to fulfil orders. The data of the invoice generated by each IT system from the order placed on the online store’s pages will be recorded and stored with the data provided during the order placement for the period specified in the applicable accounting law. You may request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing.
The provisions of Act CXII of 2011 will govern all procedures initiated with the order.
17. Miscellaneous Provisions
For any questions not addressed by these General Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and Government Decree 45/2014 regarding contracts concluded between parties at a distance shall apply.
