You can pay for your online order conveniently and securely with Paypal and OTP SimplePay.
We will deliver your order anywhere in the country, or if it is more convenient for you, you can request a delivery to a pick-up point or collect it in person.

You can browse the products and place an order on vetomprobiotikum.hu without registration, but it is advantageous to register, as you can easily track the status of your orders and, last but not least, collect valuable loyalty points.
To create a customer account, click on the “Profile” link in the header, then on the “Registration” link in the login section and fill in the registration form. You can conveniently create your account while placing your first order. In both cases, you will need to provide your email address and a secret password. With these details you can then log in to your personal account at any time to view, check and modify your details and orders.
Enter the quantity of the product(s) you want to add to your cart by clicking on the cart icon below the product image. In the Cart menu at the top, you can keep track of the products already selected, the cart value (gross unit price excluding shipping) and the total cart value.
You can make changes to your basket at any time, delete items, change the quantity. To continue shopping after adding items to your cart, click on the “Continue Shopping” button to continue browsing and add new items to your cart.
Click on the checkout icon to order the contents of your basket. Here you will see the order details you set up when you registered (billing, delivery name and address). Here you can select the delivery method, see the exact delivery charge, change the delivery address and select the payment method. You can finalise your purchase by clicking the Submit Order button.
Among the prepayment options, if you choose to pay via PayPal, our system will redirect you to the payment page of the selected service provider, where you can pay for your order and shipping costs. With this payment method, the payment confirmation will appear directly in your browser window, so it is important that you do not close these windows until the purchase is complete. In the case of direct bank transfer, cash on delivery, or personal pickup, all you need to do is finalize your purchase by clicking the Submit Order button.
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email, which also constitutes the purchase contract. You can view all the details of your order in the email. Please keep the confirmation email until the order has been fulfilled. You can view the same information in your personal profile under previous orders. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your email account’s SPAM folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation email there, it is possible that an error has occurred. In this case, please contact us at shop@vetomprobiotikum.hu.
We will process your order within one business day, prepare your package, hand it over to the courier service of your choice for delivery, and then send you an email about the shipment and expected arrival of your package.
If you choose personal pickup, we will send you a notification about the method and time of pickup. In the case of advance bank transfer, we will send your package after receiving the transfer.
If you no longer wish to order the product(s) you have ordered, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service at shop@vetomprobiotikum.hu.
The same applies to order cancellations. However, orders cannot be changed once the package has been shipped.
Of course, you can pay for your order cash on delivery, but there is an additional fee for this.

We reward our customers’ loyalty! For every 100 Ft spent on a purchase, we reward you with 1 loyalty point! You can redeem your collected points at a rate of 1 Ft/1 point in the Vetom shop, even on your next purchase.
To join the loyalty point system, you must register as a customer on our website and log in for each purchase. Only registered customers can collect loyalty points.
After each purchase, you can collect new points, which can be used for 180 days from the date of purchase. Unused points will be deleted.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to third parties (already registered users).
No loyalty points are awarded for canceled or unclaimed orders.
Shipping costs and cash on delivery fees are not included in the calculation of points.
Loyalty points are collected automatically, you do not need to do anything, the detailed product data sheet shows how many loyalty points you will receive for ordering a given product.
Loyalty points are also awarded for discounted products.
If you already have loyalty points and would like to use them, you can do so at the checkout when placing your order. You can also control how many loyalty points you would like to use for your current order.
